Australia

Znde Capital acquired Enterprise Business Park, a 30-acre industrial park in Melbourne, Australia, in 2018. The park presented notable upside potential, with vacant land available for development and an outdated building entailing critical renovations. After a comprehensive property appraisal and establishment of a clear plan of action, we worked with our partners to reposition the property, upgrade the facilities, attract new tenants and develop innovative structures. Our investment drove a tangible increase in property value, and the park is currently regarded as one of the premier industrial properties in the Melbourne market.

Xuanhua Industrial Park,
China

Zande Capital acquired Xuanhua Industrial Park, a 50-acre industrial park located in Hebei Province, China, in 2019. Underutilised land and drastically outdated recreational facilities gave rise to appreciable value-add potential, fuelling our investments in modernising the park and tapping into the property's unrealised growth value. The park is now fully leased with a diversified resident base, generating strong cash flow for our investors.

Teplice Industrial Park,
Czech Republic

Zande Capital acquired Teplice Industrial Park, a 40-acre industrial park located in the north of the Czech Republic, in 2021. The park had significant vacancies, with several buildings in need of substantial restoration. We partnered with local stakeholders to reposition the premises while refurbishing the buildings, enhancing the infrastructure and improving the tenant quality.
